The following conditions must be met to create an account and use 999bd9's services. If these conditions are not satisfied, 999bd9 reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time.

• The name, mobile number, and other details provided at registration must be accurate and belong to you. Registering under someone else's name or with a false identity is not permitted.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before large withdrawals. Submission of a national ID or passport photo is mandatory.
• Accounts cannot be created from countries or regions where 999bd9's services are prohibited by law.

Keeping your 999bd9 account secure is entirely your own responsibility. 999bd9 is not liable for any losses resulting from sharing your password or login credentials with others.

• Keep your account password strong and change it regularly. Never share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 180 days) may be automatically suspended. Contact support to reactivate your account.
• Account balances may not be transferred to any third party.
• To close your account, please contact the support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on 999bd9. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final. Bets placed at previous odds remain valid even if the odds subsequently change.
• If abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error (such as 0.01 or above 1000), any bets placed at those odds will be considered void.
• If there are grounds to believe that the outcome of an event was known in advance or has been manipulated, 999bd9 reserves the right to suspend or void the bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, all related bets are voided and stakes are refunded.
• If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it is counted as 1.00 odds and the overall outcome is determined by the remaining selections.
• 999bd9 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on specific markets at any time.

All financial transactions on 999bd9 are handled securely and transparently. The following policies apply to deposits and withdrawals.

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made exclusively through a mobile banking account registered in the account holder's own name.
• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳50,000 (bKash/Nagad).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Processing may take slightly longer on bank holidays.

• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus balance will be automatically forfeited.

• Match Fixing: Anyone found to be involved in unlawfully influencing the outcome of a match will face legal action.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software or bots is strictly prohibited.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting system errors or odds discrepancies for profit is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Any form of financial fraud or attempt to launder money is a punishable offence under the law.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the system.

• In the event of a dispute over bet outcomes, the official match score and video evidence will be considered final.
• Any legal action taken against a decision by 999bd9 shall be governed by the applicable laws of Curaçao.
• A member's account and balance will remain secure during any dispute; however, withdrawals may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.
